Letter To Legislator Essay

Dear Sir or Madam,I have written this letter to you to bring attention to some nursing quality deficiencies at the Cass County facilities that myself and other citizens of this country have brought attention to. The overall issue would seem to be that the nursing staff at Cass County locations is lackadaisical, less than impressive in terms of quality, the training of the nurses would seem to be usbstanard and so is the level of oversight exerted by management and supervisors. I can and will provide specific examples of where the county has been clearly derelict in getting proper nursing staff duties done or when nurse and administration management has failed to take proper control over the same. It would see that the command and control that the county exerts over its personnel is not being done in the first place or at least is not being done in the proper and efficient manner.

A good example was obvious and seeable when I went to the county clinic recently. There was a recent snowstorm and I'm sure this caused there to be the line for services that existed right after that and when I was there. Anyhow, only one person was minding the front desk even though there was multiple spots for customers to be greeted at that desk and despite the fact that there were seemingly enough personnel that were not engaged in anything else just standing around and chatting. Perhaps it is an issue of cross-training...

Regardless, there obviously needs to be some sort of adjustments made to the staffing. I understand that yoru country is probably on a tight budget and thus hiring more dedicated front-desk people is not in the cards. Even so, when one area of the practice is overwhelmed because of a bottleneck and the next part or parts of the service chain are waiting for the former, there would seem to be the need for rotation and adjustment so that people are moved in and out of the clinic with a good amount of haste.
I speak to the fact that management is not doing their job because there was no sign of a clear "leader" while this bottleneck was going on and if such a leader was present, they were not doing their job. I would hope that you and them both understand that the people that come to the clinic have other things they must deal with and do doing the day such as taking care of kids, going to and from work and otherwise going about their day. Spending an excessive amount of time at the clinic because the management and personnel cannot or will not do their jobs in an efficient and orderly way is just unacceptable. I really would rather not make this a political issue. It is more of a general management one. However, I have complained to the clinic via email and verbally and nothing seems…

The categories of gender, both in their lives and in their
